Although the design is quite similar to the Galaxy S24 FE, the new Samsung Galaxy S25 FE is both slimmer at 7.4mm as well as smaller at 161.3x76.6mm. It even weighs less at 190g, despite having a larger 4,900mAh battery. Samsung kept the same 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2x screen with 2340x1080 resolution, 1900 nits of brightness, and 120Hz refresh rate. It is still protected by Gorilla Glass Victus+, both on the front and back, and has an aluminum frame. Samsung was keen to note that it also has a larger vapor chamber.
Samsung is using a 4nm Exynos 2400 SoC, same as with the Galaxy S24 FE, but this time around, this 10-core SoC with Xclipse 940 GPU works at a slightly higher frequency for the Prime Cortex-X4 core. The new Galaxy S25 FE still uses a triple rear camera with a 50MP main sensor, 8MP telephoto with optical zoom, and a 12MP ultra-wide one. The front camera got updated from 10MP to 12MP.
Samsung also brought a heftier 4,900mAh battery and finally gave the FE series 45W wired and 25W wireless charging.
