Ahead of its July 10th Unpacked event, Samsung has decided to officially announce its new smartwatch SoC, the Exynos W1000. The new SoC is built on Samsung's 3nm GAA process and features a single Cortex-A78 and four Cortex-A55 cores, a new packaging that brings a smaller form factor, better heat dissipation as well as puts both DRAM and NAND flash memory on the SoC.
