Samsung has now officially started to roll out its One UI 8 to Galaxy S25 series phones. Samsung also provided an official list of supported devices that will be getting the same update later this year.

Samsung has stunned the tech world by abandoning its own DRAM and storage chips in the Galaxy S25 series, instead opting for components from US rival Micron.

Thinner, lighter, and with Snapdragon 8 Elite and 12GB of RAM

At its Galaxy Unpacked January 2025 event, Samsung unveiled its full Galaxy S25 series lineup, including the Galaxy S25 and the Galaxy S25+ smartphones, which are now thinner, lighter, and will be getting the custom Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC in all markets.
