The company had been making promises and delays for a while now and some users were concerned that the upgrade would never happen. We just had a call from one of our readers who said that he finally received Jelly Bean on my unlocked One X over the air last night.

Most people in the UK with CIDs such as HTC__001 (carphone warehouse unlocked) should be receiving this if they manually check software updates. It seems that HTC finally gave its users a Christmas pressie they actually wanted rather than just mistletoe on their home screen.
